Understandings of basic Lean Manufacturing Concepts are a plus (5-S, Kanban, Demand Flow, 8D, Mistake Proofing, etc). Ability to communicate orally and in writing utilizing basic project management skills are also desirable. Windows, PowerPoint, MSN Project, MRP and Outlook. Lean Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.Personal computer knowledge, i.e. Candidate must be mechanically inclined and hands on.
